So checking in with your progress so far for 2019……….
Many of us just go through the motions on a day to day basis. So pause for a moment – take a step back and look at the bigger picture.
- In January, what did you set out to achieve this year?
- Are you on track with achieving this so far this year?
- How are you celebrating your achievements?
- If you are not on track with your goals, what is standing in your way?
What changes can you make right now to ensure you get back on track for the rest of 2019?

Visualise what you really want to achieve
Write your Goal Down
Write down all your ideas
Why is your goal important to you?
What is the first step you can take this week and when will you start?
If you are still not taking action – what is standing in your way?
Your goal needs to be specific and small enough to take step by step action. Often a goal that is too large causes overwhelm. If you break this down into small steps then you can start to achieve week by week what you really want.
You maybe looking for extra support – it may simply be a case of further investigation.
Remember to use Failure as Feedback – it is not a reason to stop. We learn from failure and we can then find another way that works.
