A great exhibition today at the Mind, Body, Spirit Sussex Festival. www.mind-body-spirit-sussex.co.uk. Met lots of wonderful people, such a huge range of therapists sharing their magic, lots of open minded visitors and a wide range of inspirational products for sale. The sounds and smells, the chatter, the calmness of the therapies, the energy surge around the rooms was amazing. This Festival is on 3 times a year at Lewes Town Hall. Be great to see you in 2019.
