If we spend too long in our comfort zones we can get stuck in a rut and unhelpful patterns. Ask yourself these useful questions?
- What percentage of time am I in my comfort zone?
- In what areas of life am I least and most comfortable?
- Am I more comfortable rushing around or relaxing?
- What do I really want to do that I have been putting off and why?
- How could I benefit from trying something new?
A lot us are perfectly happy in our comfort zone and wish to stay there which is absolutely fine. Some of us really do want to change and with the right support and motivation we can.
