With our hectic lifestyles these days, often lost in a digital world, it can be so easy to lose sight of what truly makes us happy. With conflicting demands on our time we can sometimes lose elements of our own identity and mission in life.

We are all unique and what makes one person truly happy can be totally different to another. So take a few moments and ask yourself these thought provoking questions?

  • How happy am I with my life today? This is overall, out of 10?
  • What type of life do I want to lead?
  • What truly brings me happiness?

How can I bring more pleasure and passion into my life to make it more fun, fulfilling and meaningful?

There are 3 levels of happiness so its all about working out what happiness you really want.

Level 1… these represent short term positive emotions, for example going out for a meal, watching a good movie, listening/dancing to music.

This level of happiness is brilliant while it lasts then we return to our “baseline” mental state quite quickly.

Level 2… this represents our health, wellbeing and environment.

Level 3 represents a higher meaning of life, achieving ones full potential and self realization.
